We are seeking a talented and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our software development team and external users, ensuring clear communication, effective requirements gathering, and successful project delivery. This role is essential to understanding clients’ needs and translating them into technical requirements that align with our software solutions.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with external users and stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and external clients.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement using technology.
- Develop workflows and models to optimize system performance and client satisfaction.
- Create project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Work closely with software development team to ensure requirements are translated into technical solutions.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet client expectations and address their needs effectively.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth deployment.

Successful applicant will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ICT Business Analysis experiences of at least 3 years.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in business analysis software

Salary: 90k - 100k
