What will I do in this position if hired?
In this position, you will be developing project plans.Typical assignments include:
- Conducting analysis of a project plan to assist the creation of a plan of action & milestones (POAM)
- Assisting the lead with activities that evaluate and assess a readiness of program and assisting with a report on deficiencies and areas of improvements to management
- Conducting analysis of a program and assists in determining effective readiness standards and procedures for a project or readiness program
- Assisting with plans and determining the approach to be taken or the methodology to be used for some work assignments.
- Informing the supervisor of progress of assigned work, and identifying potential impacts as appropriate

Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
