WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Meet company sales objective
• Maintains and develops business with the assigned accounts.
• Manage overall service quality for the assigned accounts, through effective communication with internal & external parties.
• Organize the information flow within the BLX network.
• Target continuous improvement of customer satisfaction from the assigned accounts.
• Closely work with Global/Regional managers to have global overview and knowledge of the key account business potentials.
• Support Global/Regional managers as well as overseas branch to win more business from upcoming RFQs, by sharing hot buttons / pain points / other key information gained by local contacts.
• Regularly visit the assigned accounts to ensure customers have chance to share service comments through business review, and new business opportunity to BLX.
• Through own connection, knowledge and business reference, develop 3-5 new accounts for the company, every year.
• Update in Concerto on weekly sales report (sales activity, quotation upload, traffic create).
• Complying with Quality Management System to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
• Meet Individual budget
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• at least 5 years’ experience in sales function in Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Experience in Import & Export Forwarding Business.
• Experience in Europe Trade Lane.
• Knowledge of international business and cargo handling will be an advantage.
• Good Interpersonal & relations skills with all levels.
• Good selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
