• Cost loading to the baseline programme
• Monitoring Critical path and Earn Value Management (EVM) analysis
• Prepare impact analysis for EOT claims
• Prepare working programme and float analysis
• Document control for relevant EOT event
• Monthly progress report and resource monitoring
• Handle on the change control

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or any other engineering field with minimum 3 years of experience in project planning roles.
• Possession with CAPM or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 3 years or Diploma with at least 5 years in Engineering related field
• Strong organisation skills and meticulous
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• System knowledge such as RFDF, EOIR & Radar will be added advantage
• Able to travel within a short notice is a plus
• Candidates with strong background will be considered for role of "Project Manager"

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the consultant and monitor work progress and schedule
• Monitor daily work activities of the various subcontractors to ensure proper adherence to job site safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with the team to fulfil all requirements and expectations during testing and commissioning with consultant
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements
• Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation
• Maintaining electrical equipment
• Maintenance & Installation of filtration equipment, including pumps, filters, UV systems and ozone generating equipment.
• Fault diagnosis and servicing of specialist swimming pool chemical dosing systems.

Requirements:

• Electrical qualification or experience preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in related field & local experience
• Able to work independently
