You Have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Vulnerability Analyst
• Experience with designing, deploying, operating, troubleshooting, or performing security assessment or vulnerability analysis of 5G and 4G/LTE systems
• Experience in the analysis of specifications for 5G and 4G/LTE systems specifically concerning architectures, procedures, protocols, and signaling and user traffic flows
• Experience with cyber security defense policies, strategies, or configurations of 5G and 4G/LTE telecommunication systems or traditional IT infrastructure
• Experience with performing threat and vulnerability analysis and management, including identification of threats and vulnerabilities, testing and evaluation of mitigation strategies, recommendations for mitigation strategies, implementing mitigations, validation of effectiveness of mitigations, and thoroughly documenting throughout the process
• Experience with cyber security tools, including Nmap, Nessus, OpenVAS, Wireshark, and tcpdump

Job Summary:

The Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Licensing Analyst works with internal stakeholders to assess international business requirements, prepare export license applications, apply appropriate use of license exceptions when available, and assist business partners to navigate export approvals.  They will primarily focus on efforts related to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), but will also have ability to assist with similar export authorization actions pursuant to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as necessary.

• Review business requirements to identify what export/import authorizations are required in compliance with EAR (or ITAR when applicable).

• Evaluate international trade requests to determine appropriate export approval actions; draft and prepare license applications using OCR EASE Global Trade Management System.

• Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of license applications and exception determinations in accordance with regulations and company policies.

• Follow issuance of export approvals.

• Manage export requirements to ensure compliance with authorization approvals and conditions, identify and conduct export license training as needed.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of standard procedures, work instructions and written guidance.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline strongly preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in global trade licensing or related field.

• Previous experience in a similar capacity with a high tech/defense firm with large volumes and licensing agreements preferred.

GSM-O II provides network operations and cyber defense support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in support of the DoD and COCOMs. The selected candidate shall provide a stabilizing force to the high intensity, high tempo operations center. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide holistic enterprise defensive strategies for enterprise cyber security capabilities implemented within the infrastructure of the DODIN to include but not limited to Cloud, network boundaries, cross domains, and varying endpoint technologies.

• Provide analysis of architectures, technologies, policies, information and analytic data used to determine prevention, detection, and mitigation of anomalous activity, vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.

• Prepare and perform briefings appropriate for senior leadership (i.e., general officer or flag officer)

• Experience with a version control system (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Cloud Practitioner, Developer, or Solutions Architect Certification.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong proficiency with basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, REST, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Experience with an issue/problem tracking system (e.g., Jira).
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Interest and ability to learn new programming languages, tools, frameworks, and techniques.
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile management tools such as Bitbucket, GitLab, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JUnit, Cucumber, or JMeter.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with database administration, including Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and MySQL.

This position has a target range for compensation of $130,000 - $140,000.  This is a firm fixed price contract and does not allow for negotiations outside of this target range.
