Program Management Analyst, Junior

As a program management analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, and customers.

You Have:
- 1+ years of experience with program management
- Experience with providing support to organizational, administrative, and manpower efforts
- Experience with business planning, organizing, and coordinating program milestones and key activities and efforts
- Experience with preparing and staffing briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Experience with DoD executive offices, program managers, or project managers
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with data analytics
- Knowledge of Army organization structure and Unit Task Organization concepts
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and projects within critical deadlines
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- PMP Certification
- DAWIA advanced Certification in program management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
