About the Role:
This is a permanent, internal role within the sales team based in Sydney. Your key responsibilities will include:
Attending to phone and email enquiries
Assisting on-road sales representatives
Troubleshooting and assisting customers with service via phone and internet
Compiling quotations, submitting tenders, processing orders, and maintaining CRM details using MS Office and our internal Operating System
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
