We are looking for a Control Room Operator to join our amazing Security team at The O2.
In this role you will
Provide The O2 with a professional, effective and efficient control room service
Support emergency procedures and the Senior Controller during major incidents.
Operate all control room systems
Support our Security Strategy
We are looking for someone who
Is a SIA CCTV Operator with relevant Control Room Experience
Has experience of working in a customer service environment and is committed to working to high standards and providing the highest level of visitor care
Thrives in a very busy environment and maintains patience and empathy even when working under pressure
Has good computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to grasp new systems quickly
Is experienced in handling radio and telephone communications
A real team player, you will collaborate with teams across The O2 to achieve our goals of keeping everyone safe.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. This is a shift based role, working either days or nights.
