About the role: We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator/Officer to join our Home Care team in our Tweed Heads office to provide administrative support. The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences:
High level administration and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Capable to efficiently respond to inbound calls from staff and clients
Previous Aged Care Administration experience
Experience with scheduling/rostering in aged care or community care
Work on-call once every fortnight
Ability to work efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role as well as prioritising your time effectively across your workload
