Need 2 pax of Customer IT Support Representative for contact centre.
- Possess basic IT knowledge, familiar with phone applications and smart TV operations
- Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
- Basic troubleshooting of PC and software
- Contact Centre Experience
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multitask / handle multiple service calls
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Ability to draft professional email respond back to customers
- Have experience dealing with email correspondence thus requiring little to no supervision in vetting through the composed email
- Familiar with excel (lookup, pivot table, graph) to generate reports
- Effectively bilingual (English / Chinese)
Other information:
Role 1
- 5.5 days (44 hours per week)
- Working hours: Mon to Fri (2 shifts): 8.30am to 8.30pm (830am to 530pm) & (1130am to 830pm) Sat: 830am to 1pm
- Candidate will work Mon - Fri 1130am to 830pm, when there is a need of leave coverage, then schedule will be adjusted.
Role 2
- Rotating shift (including weekends and PH)
- As a back up engineer, he/she will work Mon to Thur from 10am to 10pm, only when he needs to cover other team members' absence, then the working hours is either 830am to 8:30pm or 1pm to 1am.
