What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Adaptive Analyst, Financial Information Systems at Evolent, you will be the main technical specialist for Business Operations Finance and accounting teams. You will help with Adaptive Planning and Workday, working with the business to understand their requirements and turn them into a technical plan that can be executed.
Collaboration Opportunities:
Your role is to be a technical contact person who connects with stakeholders, identifies the most important backlog items, and fosters cooperation across a cross-functional team. You will also work with FP&A, Finance Partners, Accounting and other Financial Information Systems Analysts to create and implement high-quality solutions mainly in Adaptive using an Agile framework.
What You Will Be Doing:
Maintain and administer the Adaptive Planning application, including functional setup, data models, integrations, etc. within financial and workforce planning.
Build and manage data integrations from Adaptive to Workday and other upstream/downstream systems.
Build, configure and implement solutions on Adaptive Roadmap through rigorous design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation.
Understand system pain points, determine root causes, demonstrate, and develop solutions to address short and long-term issues.
Configure and administer security in compliance with SOX policies and procedures.
Leverage strong communication skills to conduct feature demos and training for business stakeholders and the internal team.
Qualifications Required and Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. (Required)
2+ years of experience in full Adaptive Planning implementations. (Required)
Current holder of the Adaptive Planning Platform certification. (Preferred)
Experience with Workday Core Financial Management, SQL, and other financial analytical tools a plus. (Preferred)
Understanding of HR and Finance processes and how they feed into budgets and forecasts. (Required)
Understanding of forecasting data models. (Preferred)
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. (Required)
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
