• Conduct assessments and monitors individuals and groups with the goal of improving foundational health, recovery, and rehabilitation to return to duty.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our Wimbledon club, you've previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer. You're qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue, as well as designing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will:

Maintains Recreation facilities, grounds, and equipment in a clean, safe, operational, and pleasing manner. Observes operating instructions available for the Fitness Center program to include departmental policies, regulations, and operating standards, command level regulations, and procedures, and local policies set by Flight Chief, Squadron Commander, and/or Support Group Commander. Assumes custody of change fund. Opens center for business. Collects and accounts for fees and sales. Prepares Cashier Reports and other required records and reports. Oversees activities in progress and renders assistance as needed. Closes area at the end of the day. Places equipment in proper storage areas. Reconciles cash with record accountability. Assists at the front counter helping customers with the variety of equipment, programs and facilities we offer. Helps other staff members with projects and customers so that the Fitness Center runs smoothly. Communicates with other staff members so that procedures are uniform. • You will design training session based on fitness test results, client goals, and current fitness program trends.
• You will design a range of group exercise classes (e.g. strength, step, spin, yoga, etc.) of varying sizes including modifications for workouts to allow participation of clients of multiple fitness levels or those with past injury.
• You will instruct classes within or outside the facility, demonstrating proper form, breathing techniques, and use of equipment.

• Obtains patient vitals, collects specimens, conducts drug screens, and performs Electrocardiogram (ECGs).
• Provides patient support services through completion of division forms, scheduling and modification of appointments, and serve through chaperone and observation services.
• Performs receptionist duties using a variety of automated systems for patient record maintenance, email correspondence, routine phone call initial assessments, populate staff reports, and file documentation and correspondence.
• Communicates clearly and precisely to patients in person, by phone, and email and written letter correspondence, provide to patients educational information, and respond to various department inquiries from facility staff, and other medical providers.
