**Job Title:** Modular Construction Installer
**Location:** Projects across the UK, base in Redditch
**Hourly Rate:** £13.25/ Overtime available
**Duration:** Temp-Perm
**Day to Day Duties:**
* Install modular steel-faced insulated panels.
* Fit and finish various types of trims, fixing angles, channels, and sealants.
* Work on projects varying in size from small boxes to large buildings.
**Requirements:**
* **Experience:** Preferably in food industry panels, cladding, or modular construction, but transferable construction skills will be considered.
* **Certification:**
* Standard construction training certification (CSCS card, IPAF 3a and 3b for mobile platforms) preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
* Advantageous certifications: CPCS A16 counterbalanced forklift, CPCS A17 Telehandler, CPCS A77 telehandler with 360 slew.
* **Driving License:** Clean UK driving license preferred.
* **Security Clearance:** Must pass security screening due to the nature of projects in sensitive Government, MOD, or list X premises.

* **Overtime:**
* x1.5 after 40 hours up to 12 pm Saturday.
* x2 after 12 pm Saturday and all day Sunday.
* **Travel:** Paid travelling time from the factory to project sites.
* **Accommodation:** Provided for projects over 50 miles from Redditch.
* **Meal Allowance:** £25 per day when working away from home.
