Client Services provides industry-leading operational support to our clients around the world. The team is responsible for critical services that support the broader Visa organization and clients, including Visa Rules management, cardholder disputes, compliance, client testing and configuration, and client tools.

Client Operations team in Client Services Japan is a newly created and established team, which works with issuers and acquirers to deliver services and optimize their operations. We also work with other Visa internal partners to provide services to all clients in Japan. We simplify and streamline point of contact interface for similarly natured client inquiries, and centralize knowledge repository, especially on Visa rules, compliance, Visa Business News and Pricing, etc. for issuers and acquirers in Japan.

What a Client Operations Analyst does at Visa:

You will be in the front-line supporting our clients as an operational SME and achieve a high level of client satisfaction.

• Handle inquiries from clients in Japan via e-mail and phone on Visa Rules, Compliance matters, Visa Business News as well as client onboarding and Global Operating Certificates
• Track client inquiries through to closure.
• Translate inquiries from Japanese to English or vice versa when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal partners within Visa for cases that cannot be solved immediately based on available information.

What will be your daily tasks? As a Player Support Agent (Customer Support Agent):

• You will provide top-notch assistance to our players by solving their queries about the game and providing excellent customer service.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to add some additional leadership power and experience to our Customer Support teams in our Tokyo office. This role is a unique opportunity to build a strong team, develop processes that put our customers first, and provide continuous feedback from our customers to various product development teams to help millions more potential customers save money by using Wise!

Your mission:

• Develop and build a strong team of efficient CS Agents who provide world-class support to our customers

• Help your team members find their path in Wise and set them up for success, while working with your lead to do the same, potentially growing into a Senior Team Lead role

• Help set and report against monthly and quarterly performance targets, communicate key insights, and obstacles to the teams and the broader company

• Work closely with other Customer Support teams across the world, and the Wise product teams, to identify ways to improve the customer support experience while reducing customer contacts through product changes

• Increase quality, effectiveness, and efficiency within Customer Support, as well as collaborate and communicate between varied Wise functions and teams across the globe

We are looking for a Customer (Account) Manager with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills. In this role you will have the responsibility to support the growth of the Consumer Solution for Consumer & Electronics – especially Electronics field for Consumer/Industrial Electronics as well as Mobility Space under different segments as- which generates new opportunities through revitalizing the asset and Dow’s technology to seek significant opportunities as deceptive market changes to enable growth and addressable market expansion.

You will coordinate across all functions, including sales, Marketing, TS&D, R&D, communication, and product management as well as with peers, key customers, distributors, and relevant teams in the other geographies. You will have high visibility to the leadership team in Consumer Solution Japan, providing analysis, insight and recommendations on how to advance the growth strategy.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Support and shape the growth strategy for the Consumer Solution Japan business

• Conduct market and industry analysis to shape overall competitive position and identify opportunities for growth

• Aggregate customer and market needs across the product portfolio and market segments to identify trends to enhance resource allocation and prioritization

• Analyze and define the best opportunity for addressable market expansion for the Consumer Solution Business

• Evaluate business model opportunities – especially digital – to accelerate growth and/or productivity

• Serve as a trusted advisor across the organization, providing guidance on how to build a competitive advantage despite market and customer uncertainties

• Author project proposals that will help the business test and learn how to capture additional value in Specialties

• MBA/economic background is a plus

The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
