Admin Assistant (Admin & Customer Service)
Manning of General Office counter;
- Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phonecalls & walk ins)
- Assist in general administrative and student related duties
- Follow up with absentees
- Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
- Inform parents on Financial Assistance outcome
- Guide staff for incident report
- Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
- Updating of daily student attendance
- Assist in records management (incident report and late list)
- Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- At least 1 years of working experience as a receptionist or doing admin in a secondary school environment.
- At least GCE ‘N’ level certification
- Able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language.
- Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
