As a Practice Lead, you will lead our transformation and operations of the Delivery Coaching Practice, driving exceptional outcomes for our business, customers and our people. You are known as an expert of Agile, able to drive agile ways of working through theoretical knowledge of how to do agile and practical experience in how to be agile.
You will take accountability for the Practice?s performance and initiatives for our delivery coaches across the Group and assist the business as it continuously uplifts its ways of working aligned our Pace transformation.
The Delivery Coaching Practice Lead role will bring together the bank?s Chapter Areas and Chapters across people and capability, with a key focus on enabling the capability, value and uplift of the CBA?s coaching community.
