• Generate inspection report, Certificate of Compliance (COC) and other relevant doucuments required for shipping
• Prepare inspection, Frist Article inpection report, other QC reports as specified in the quality plan
• Use ERP system (EPICOR) daily to accurately move and manage finished goods throughout the plant into inventory
• Convert raw files to PDF format; scan files and electronically store into various databases
• Carry out incoming, in-process inspection, outgoing inspection and planned dimensional checking of products as per quality plan
• Coordinate with production supervisors whenever product quality out of specification
• Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by superior

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level & above
• Knowalege in basic computer skills, able to write reports, read engineering drwaings
• Capable to operate measuring equipment such as calipers, toolmaker scope OGP (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of quality system such as sampling rules (preferred but not required)

Job Summary
We are seeking an analyst for the Quality Control team who will be responsible for analysing assigned samples and conducting authorized transactions. The role involves following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), STPs (Standard Testing Protocols), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and safety standards. Roles & Responsibilities
