We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our Quality team. This role involves carrying out inspections and surveillance aligned with our Project Quality Plan, as well as working closely with Site Managers to ensure seamless quality management across all project phases. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of operational excellence and client satisfaction.

• Quality Assurance and Control:

  • Implement and oversee the Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Review and validate all project documentation, including final certification packages and Lifetime Record packages, for adherence to contract requirements.
  • Ensure all calibration and test equipment meet company and contract standards.

The company designs and manufacture fertilisers and other related products to the amenity turf market (golf courses, football pitches, bowling greens, lawncare and municipal areas) and horticultural market (growing media, glasshouse cultivation.

QC / Quality Control Inspector main duties will include
·Collecting samples of materials and products at various stages of goods receipt, storage, and production - following routines, as well as ad hoc investigations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate inspection report, Certificate of Compliance (COC) and other relevant documents required for shipping
• Prepare inspection, Frist Article inspection report, other QC reports as specified in the quality plan
• Use ERP system (EPICOR) daily to accurately move and manage finished goods throughout the plant into inventory
• Convert raw files to PDF format; scan files and electronically store into various databases
• Carry out incoming, in-process inspection, outgoing inspection and planned dimensional checking of products as per quality plan
• Coordinate with production supervisors whenever product quality out of specification
• Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by superior

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level & above
• Knowlege in basic computer skills, able to write reports, read engineering drawings
