Saturday Property Assistant – Sales and lettings
Chase Buchanan Estate Agency

Location: Hampton Hill
Hours: Saturday 09:30-16:30
Salary: £12.30 per hour

We're currently searching for an enthusiastic Saturday property assistant, The successful candidate will enjoy working with clients, customers and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service at all times. You will enjoy a variety of work, including being one of the first point of contacts for anyone visiting the office, managing incoming calls and dealing with them in the appropriate manner. You must be confident, positive and a diligent person who takes personal pride in ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
Main Duties

- Keeping track of keys passing in and out of the office, via the key log and RPS

- Booking viewings for negotiators in their absence

- Verifying identification from relevant parties

- Keeping up to date with allocated training and standard working practices
