Duties:
Client Portfolio Management
- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing end to end support offering a seamless and comprehensive suite of services encompassing Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial reporting, Payroll, and Tax Compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Build and develop the rapport with new and existing clients to keep them satisfied with our services in order to get the most possible renewals.
- Plan and schedule the accounting jobs in accordance to stipulated deadlines.
Accounting and Tax
- Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting frameworks in relation to financial reporting matters.
- Demonstrate expertise in corporate tax and GST
- Review the accounts/unaudited financial report of the accounting team (as necessary)
- Liaise with the client to resolve any accounting issues raised by the accounting team (as necessary)
- Provide consultancy advice to clients on various accounting, tax & payroll matters.
