Vibeslab, a leading scent marketing solutions provider, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement Admin to join our team. As a Procurement Admin at Vibeslab, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the procurement process.
In this role, you will assist with purchase order creation, vendor management, inventory tracking, and documentation management. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as the finance and operations teams, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and processing of purchase orders.
- Manage vendor relationships, including communication, negotiation, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist with invoice verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, such as contracts and supplier agreements.
- Conduct research on potential suppliers and source new vendors.
- Support procurement reporting and analysis.
- Previous experience in procurement or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
