What skills and experience we're looking for
Co-op Academy Portlandwish to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiasticAdministrative Assistantto join our friendly and supportive admin team.The successful applicant will work in our busy office, liaising with parents, carers and visitors and provide clerical and admin support for the wider school team.
You will work 36 hours per week, term time only.
Co-op Academy Portland is a part of the Co-op Academies Trust.Our academy has a strong team and bright, happy children in our one-formentry school. We require a proactive team member, who can provide administrative and organisational services to the academy under the management and guidance of the Executive Office Manager.
