Job Description
The Investor Relations (IR) department is vital for publicly listed companies, tasked with ensuring that the company’s value is accurately represented in the market using a range of IR strategies. As an Investor Relations Officer at Thai AirAsia, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our company, our investors, and the broader investment community. Additionally, you will contribute to the company's strategy formulation and execution, where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communications with investors, analysts, and the financial community, including earnings calls, investor presentations, investor meetings, and events.
Provide accurate and timely information to investors and analysts, including financial results, corporate actions, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and analyse market trends, peer performance, and other assigned topics to inform strategic decision-making to management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial disclosures and investor communications.
Collaborate with the internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to corporate directions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related fields.
1-2 years of experience in Investor Relations, Bank Analyst, Securities Analyst, and Corporate Communication is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools.
Proficient in using modern software related to presentation crafting and data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the financial markets and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
