Job Responsibilities:

· To assist the HR & Admin Department in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters.

· Handle recruitment and training activities.

· Handle monthly payroll administration.

· Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.

· Handle foreign work pass applications and renewals.

· Verify and process work injury compensation claims, insurance and medical claims and etc..

· Assist in market survey from MOM and various HR related surveys.

· Prepare and submit government related claims.

· Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment and bonus etc.).

· Perform other HR/Admin duties as and when assigned by your immediate Superior (Manager, Admin./HR.).

Requirements:

· Diploma in HRM.

· Meticulous, responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

· Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

· Competent in MS Word and Excel, cuteOffice Payroll and HR System.

· Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in the related field.

· Able to work in a fast phased environment.

· A quick learner.

Implementation of “SWIFT” Integrated Distribution Information System and “SWAN” Global Logistics Management System in Singapore, which is a global proprietary system owned and managed by The Sumitomo Warehouse Co., Ltd. (Head office in Japan).

An Integrated Warehouse Management and Tracking System which provides information on inventory and freight tracking in linkage with shipping company systems.

Able to lead, train and support users after implementation of the above systems.

Management and co-ordination of global supply chain for major Japanese Corporations.

Prerequisites:

· Bachelor degree

· Minimum 2 years of Management experience in a major Logistics company with proven track records in System Implementation and Supply Chain Management

· Full proficiency in oral and written English and Japanese languages to liaise with Japanese associates in Head Office and customers globally

· Specialist knowledge of “SWIFT” Integrated Distribution Information System, “SWAN” Global Logistics Management System

· Candidate must possess an extensive knowledge of Japan Customs, Shipping and Import/Export Regulations

· A self-starter who is resourceful and initiates work without specfic instruction in a structured and independent approach

To operate forklift for stuffing and unstuffing

• Forklift operation
• General warehouse cargo handling including receiving, releasing, picking & storage

Job Responsibilities

Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse operations

• Filing documents, etc.
• Attend to work e-mail and ensure accurate info dissemination to respective departments
• Manage documentation, including e-docs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform and ensure accurate data entry and transaction on our internal documents

• Manage inventories and consumables for operation
• Prepare documentations for warehouse personnel for Import & Export as well as Local orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors & Storekeepers on Import, Export & Local deliveries matters
• Ensure proper labelling and counterchecking of orders and shipments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Ensure compliance with shipping requirements for both import and export activities
• Perform thorough checks on shipping documents
• Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the warehouse
• Report and address any safety concerns promptly
• Collate daily warehouse activities to manager for monthly reports
• Attend to DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. for daily cargo collections
• Perform any other general duties assigned by manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion

Working Hours- 5.5 days

8:30 am- 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

8:30 am-12:30 pm (Saturday)
