JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Operational Excellence through Owner, Tenant and Member (collectively “Residents”) communication and engagement, problem resolution and timely follow up. Interfaces with Residents, Guests, hotel operations, hotel ownership representatives, third-party financial providers and internal and external legal counsel.
