We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong understanding of technical roles within the Industrial Sector. This position requires an experienced recruiter who can identify and attract top talent across various industrial functions such as manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance. Your ability to comprehend technical job requirements, assess candidate qualifications, and keep up with industry advancements will be key in fulfilling our companys talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruiting Technical Talent:
- Develop and execute effective strategies to attract candidates for technical and industrial roles such as plant engineers, production supervisors, quality assurance specialists, supply chain managers, and maintenance technicians.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, industrial trade organizations, and social media platforms.
· Collaborate with Hiring Managers & Technical Teams:
- Partner with managers across departments to understand detailed job descriptions, technical skill requirements, and team dynamics.
- Use your technical knowledge to participate meaningfully in discussions about industrial processes and role expectations.
· Candidate Screening & Technical Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates technical competencies, work experience, and alignment with company culture.
- Work with technical teams to create or utilize industry-specific assessments (e.g., practical tests for machinery skills or problem-solving exercises).
· Industry Knowledge & Talent Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and key skills needed within the industrial sector (e.g., automation, lean manufacturing, predictive maintenance).
- Analyze workforce market trends to anticipate hiring challenges and propose proactive recruitment strategies.
· Pipeline Development & Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture a network of qualified candidates for future roles, establishing relationships with professionals, trade schools, and relevant industrial organizations.
- Participate in industry events, job fairs, and trade expos to represent the company and engage with potential candidates.
