Job Description & Requirements:
· Preparation of financial reports and tax, including book-keeping services (monthly and quarterly)
· Preparation of full set of accounts and partial set of accounts for various companies across multiple industry, including reconciliation, cash flow, closing.
· Handling of tax-related matters such as corporate and individual income tax in Singapore.
· Handling of GST quarterly filings, assisting clients in resolving tax issues with the tax authority.
· Manage a portfolio of accounting and payroll clients
· Oversee payroll support for clients and monthly CPF submissions.
· Ensure timely submission of deliverables to clients.
· Managing good client relationships
· Provides consultancy advice to clients on various accounting, tax & payroll matters.
· Responsible for reviewing the work of the Accounting/tax team.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies from or other professional qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from professional services firm in an Accounting/Outsourcing/Client Accounting environment.
- Meticulous and good analytical skills
- Experience dealing with tax authorities
- Knowledge of Autocount will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A dynamic team player with a strong sense of work commitment
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Excel and Word
