Job title: x 2 Maintenance Surveyor
Pay rate: £18.50 PAYE | £22.50 Umbrella
Location: North Yorkshire
Contract: Temp, 2 months, 8am-5pm
Job Description:
- Responsible for the supervision of Repair and Maintenance Operatives undertaking responsive repairs to council homes.
- To inspect and order responsive repairs including the specification of materials, empty property repairs and responsive maintenance programmes / contracts and liaise with customers as required.
- Responsible for allocating work to council appointed contractors, monitoring, and signing off work following satisfactory completion.
- Liaise with legal services to establish property boundary ownership and repair liabilities we can be flexible on office location, but the successful appointment needs to be able to be based on one of the main north yorkshire council office hubs: Skipton, Harrogate, Selby, Malton, Scarborough, Northallerton
