• Financing Material Preparation and Negotiation: Responsible for preparing financing materials, including but not limited to business plans, financial models, valuation reports, etc. Participate in financing negotiations, effectively conveying the company's value and growth prospects to secure the most favorable financing terms.
• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry development trends, competitive landscape, and investor preferences.
