• • Prepare Payment Voucher, maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.
  • Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.
  • Assist audit activities.
  • Process general administration functions.
  • Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing.
  • Assist all accountants and prepare all cash flow reports and data.

Requirements

• • Diplomas or B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Work experience as an Accounts Administrator, Accounting or similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office and SQL accounting software program.
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
  • Solid data entry skills.

Service Engineer Requirements

1. Job Description:
   1. Drafting of boiler machine, ducting and piping layout plan.
   2. Calculation of project materials
   3. Commissioning and servicing of boiler & thermal oil heater.
   4. Conducting JKKP inspection, attend to JKKP officer
   5. Engineering project supervision and quality inspection

1. Academic qualification and skill sets:
   1. Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical /Energy Related Engineering
   2. Computer & other skills:
      1. AUTOCAD
      2. MS Office, VISIO, ACCESS will be added advantages
