Job Responsibilities

1. System Integration

• Interface with WhatsApp Business API and Help Desk systems to support message reception, distribution, and routing.
• Develop middleware for messaging to optimize cross-platform data synchronization and system communication efficiency.
• Integrate external APIs (e.g., flight, weather, hotel data) to provide clients with dynamic content.
• Ensure efficient data flow across systems, enhancing collaboration between systems and messaging services.

2. Knowledge Base Management and Optimization

• Build and maintain business knowledge bases, including playbooks, FAQs, and product information, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Optimize the knowledge base using vectorization techniques (e.g., embeddings) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance contextual support for LLMs.
• Develop tools for automated knowledge base updates, supporting multi-language and dynamic content management.
• Collaborate with the NLP team to create efficient knowledge retrieval pipelines, enabling precise business context support for LLMs.

3. Data Stream Processing and Analysis

• Design and implement data pipelines for comprehensive workflows from collection, cleansing, storage, to analysis.
• Build real-time stream processing systems (e.g., Kafka or RabbitMQ) to ensure low-latency and high-throughput message transmission.
• Develop data monitoring tools to provide insights on performance, usage reports, and issue diagnostics.

4. LLM Support and Expansion

• Collaborate with the NLP team to optimize input data processing and context enhancement for LLMs.
• Provide API interfaces seamlessly integrated with the knowledge base, supporting multi-turn dialogues and complex task management via LLMs.
• Support future LLM projects, including multi-language conversations, sentiment analysis, and dynamic recommendation features.

5. Technical Support and System Optimization

• Optimize existing system architecture to enhance data flow and message processing efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and stability.
• Participate in technical evaluations and introduce new technologies to deliver innovative solutions for business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Technical Skills

• System Integration:Proficient in RESTful API and Webhook development, capable of interfacing with WhatsApp Business API and Help Desk systems.
  Skilled in message queue tools (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) to optimize message distribution and routing.
  
• Data Processing and Knowledge Base:Familiar with vector search technologies (e.g., FAISS, Elasticsearch) with experience in building and optimizing knowledge bases.
  Proficient in designing and optimizing SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  
• Stream Processing and Automation:Experienced with real-time stream processing tools (e.g., Apache Flink, Apache Kafka Streams).
  Familiar with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Luigi).
  
• LLM Support:Understand the fundamentals of large language models (e.g., GPT-4) and support RAG-based context-enhanced generation.
  NLP project experience is a plus.
  

2. Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in data processing, system integration, or backend development.
• Experience with distributed systems or knowledge base management is preferred.

3. Soft Skills

• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) or cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Expertise in developing multilingual knowledge bases.
• Experience with large-scale system optimization or distributed system development.

Description:-

* Tabulate business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
* Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
* Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
* Assemble invoices to be completed for payment
* Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers
* Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
* Type periodic reports and other records

Job Brief:

We are looking for HR & Finance Administrator to support our company’s day-to-day accounting & HR admin related procedures.

Job Description:

- Support daily activities of HR & Finance departments.

- Update internal databases.

- Handle HR administrative duties, such staff claim, casual labour salary tabulation, employee enquiry for staff benefit & etc.

- Issue invoices and receipts, process payments and purchase orders in system.

- Process supplier payments.

- Assist in month end closing.

- Ensure all financial records are kept neat and in order.

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by HR and Finance department.

Requirements:

- Minimum “O” Levels/Diploma in Business or Finance or equivalent

- Preferably with at least 1 year of related experience

- Must be keen in learning, diligent and have a strong sense of responsibility.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
