Job Description & Requirements

· Involve in the installation of new Equipment’s during plant expansion.

· Carry out Equipment improvements projects and modifications.

· Manage Projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

· PLC Programming of Life Safety Systems configurations.

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

· Produce timely and detailed reports.

· Installing small additions and changes to existing systems.

· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of experience in PLC & SCADA developments and Maintenance

· Familiar with Automation and Control engineering

· Strong Knowledge in Siemens PLC S7-400 CPU and redundant system configuration

· Strong knowledge in Wonderware ArchestrA SCADA system

· Proficiency in Profibus communication and troubleshooting

· Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or above

· Knowledge of MS Office

· Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.

· Strong personality with a hands-on attitude.

· Ability to work rotating shift and perform overtime on weekdays & weekends.

· On call support during and after office hours.

1. Manage on going project, electrical work, testing & commisioning.

2. Site walk and prepare quotation.

3. Project execution, schedule planning, material preparation.

4. Manage site installation team.

5. Attend client meeting and reporting.

Requirement;

1. Minimum Diploma in electrical, automation.

2. Have experince in contruction semi conductor sector.

3. Willing to work on emergency schedule.

Job Description & Requirements

· Compile technical & commercial offers in accordance with customers’ requirements for tender submission in close coordination with the service business unit.

· Submitting / presenting clarifications and pre-order negotiation (technical & commercial) with customers.

· Calculating total cost of project and establishing a tendering budget (time, resources and expenses).

· Coordinate with all parties involved (internal & external) in the presentation of proposals.

· Prepare technical & commercial proposal.

· Monitor all phases of project through various reports and communicate to customers.

· To liaise with customers effectively and carry out continual improvement.

· Technical report writing skill must be good includes ability to hand sketch detail on mechanical parts.

· Creativity in providing solutions and ability to seek information.

· Supervise skilled employees to ensure jobs are done satisfactorily.

· Responsible for developing and implement effective maintenance and engineering solutions for equipment problems.

· Site supervision and monitoring work progress from commencement to handover of the project.

· Advise management on projects progress.

Requirement

· Diploma/ Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Mechanical / Electrical.

. Able to commit ad-hoc duty.

. Work in semiconductor before is prefered
