Key Responsibilities:
1. Operation and Maintenance:
Manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Ensure that IT systems and services are available and performing optimally, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
2. Problem Resolution:
Identify and resolve IT issues and incidents promptly to minimize impact on business operations.
Implement effective incident management and problem-solving processes.
3. Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, and manage security audits and assessments.
4. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard against data loss and ensure continuity of operations.
Conduct regular testing and updates of these plans.
5. Vendor and Supplier Management:
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
