Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review all various reports, payments, GST, Tax computation etc.

HR Generalist (Kelington Engineering Germany)

• Experience in the full spectrum of HR duties which include recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations well, and general administrative matters.
• Collaborating with Regional HR teams to ensure a seamless delivery of HR services to the organization.
• Manage and process employee payroll and benefits to ensure they are competitive in the market, paid on time, and in line with local legal regulations.
• Assesses training needs, and arranges and monitors the delivery of the training to the organization.
• In charge of the end-to-end process of recruitment and selection.
• Establishment of independent personnel records management by the legislation of Germany (onboarding/ offboarding, sick leave, vacation, etc.)
• Prepare employment contracts, acknowledgment of resignation letters, staff confirmation letters and other HR-related letters.
• End-to-end support for international employees with a wide range of HR matters, including support on related pass applications and tracking of the immigration process for work/residence permits.
• In charge of the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

2. Operations Responsibilities

a) Project Management

• Ensure project are delivered on time, within budget and meet European quality standards.

b) Resource Management

• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization across European projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution in Europe.

c) Technical Support

• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and clients within Europe.
• Troubleshooting and resolve technical issue that arise during project execution in Europe.

d) Stakeholder Communication

• Communication effectively with internal and external stakeholder to ensure transparency and alignment within Europe.

Requirements:
