What are we looking for?

A visionary marketer to own and drive our end-to-end marketing strategy, to scale our fintech products with bold campaigns and cutting-edge brand initiatives globally. You’ll lead high-impact projects across digital, events, PR, and partnerships while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align marketing with business growth. A creative hustler who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, passionate about storytelling, data-driven, and ready to build from zero to one, this is your stage! With a track record in B2B marketing, fintech, or SaaS, you’ll execute and build out the foundation for our future marketing organization.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Core Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from growth campaigns to brand development, to scale iPiD’s products
Design and execute high-impact initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention
Build and manage all marketing channels, campaigns, content, and experiments, from digital, events to partnerships and PR — be the go-to person for getting things done
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align growth efforts with business goals
Set the foundation for our future marketing organization and mentor team members as the company scale
Collaborate with the Leadership and People team on internal communication, merch and activities
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders

Min. 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS in financial services, fintech or technology
A visionary marketer who thrives on building and scaling, making a meaningful impact to the business
A hustler with grit, rolling your selves up to get things done. A reliable and resourceful team member.
An exceptional communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust across teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated abilities in leadership and people management; you will lead by example.
Data-driven, familiar with automation and digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Contrarian, creative with a passion for storytelling and brand development
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, globally distributed startup environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

iPiD envisions a world where sending money internationally is as easy as it is locally, without worrying your money is sent to the wrong account or mis-directed by the payment services provider.

We achieve this by providing pre-payment data verification services for the financial services providers, such as banks, payment systems, fintechs, and corporates upfront before the actual payment takes place. This enhances payment and financial operational efficiency, complies to regulatory mandates and makes their customers happier and sweat free.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an aspiring, analytical, commercially minded finance professional to manage both the financial routines and obligations as well as to shape up the finance partnering capability to the next level. This is a valuable growth opportunity for the driven practitioners, acting in the capacity of Finance Business Partner, who will get day-to-day fundamentals covered such as timely and accurate financial reporting and reconciliations, financial analysis and planning, audit and compliance, but will also help set new grounds to support the business to grow.

This role reports to Chief Operating & Finance Officer.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage all administrative and financial tasks including invoicing, reconciliation, managing procurement processes, filing tax returns and reports required by regulatory authorities

Prepare financial forecasts, budget, analysis and insights to support business decision-making
Prepare financial reporting and investor reporting, provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders
Monitor and manage financial and corporate administrative tasks related to 4 entities in Singapore, Netherlands and UK
Estimate short and longer term financial objectives by setting performance targets
Evaluate the financial performance of the organisation and measure returns on investments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial operations, and resolve issues when needed
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Minimum 5 year of experience in Accounting or Finance roles

Strong understanding of accounting and financial standards and practices. Audit background would be preferred
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-currency books
Proficient in Excel, and willing to learn new systems/ tools (eg Xero, Metabase) when required
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, resounding analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong commercial and organisational acumen
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels internally and externally
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Possess professional certification (eg CFA, CPA)
Experience working in a globally distributed start-up or high-growth environment
