• 5 years foundation working experiences in operating of Trench Cutter Machine in LTA project.

• Offering technical advice on a construction site for subcontractors
• Managing the site and parts of construction projects
• Overseeing building work and ensuring the quality of the work
• Setting out, levelling and surveying the site
• Ensuring the plans, drawings and quantities are accurate for calculations
• Supervising site security, health and safety
• Organising and overseeing material and human resources.
• Managing the design documents supplied by the client
• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
• Reporting progress and other updates back to clients
• Planning the work efficiently and adapting to any setbacks or difficulties
• Able to work 6 days a week, long working hours on construction site

Job Scope:

• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
• Data entry
• Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Operation Team and Senior Management
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• 5-day work week
