- Direct human resources specialists and administrative support personnel to enhance the execution of comprehensive human capital, human resources, and training initiatives supporting agency personnel.
- Execute strength management, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, evaluations, awards and recognition, workforce training, safety, and public release of information while ensuring conformity to correct policies and regulations.
- Advise senior management officials and division chiefs on a wide variety of key human resources and human capital issues.
- Develop studies, analysis, and data to support business cases for change; provides expertise and insights to agency leadership on best business practices.
- Oversee that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.
