Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a summer 2024 intern to join the Engineering team at our Grand Island, NY facility.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Production and Engineering personnel to identify areas of improvement
- Support engineering team with project execution
- Help with engineering and manufacturing documentation
- Provide engineering support related to capital projects
- Learn about process instrumentation diagrams and equipment operation manuals through daily activities
- Specific tasks will be tailored to the interns experience level and abilities
- Compensation - $20.50/hr - $24.50/hr depending on level of education
Requirements
- Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering, science or life science field
- Ability to learn and be mentored
- Familiar with AutoCAD, P&ID drawings, MS office
- Intern candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
- Our internships are unable to accommodate OPT.
- Interns are responsible for their own housing.
