Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure updated documents and drawings are issued to the client and subcontractor
• Monitor the progress and keep track of the project timelines.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Oversee and manage procurement of resources, control material usage on site.
• Organize labor, equipment and material for day to day site activities
• Any other duties assigned

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• To manage tender works including provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.
• Assess tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
• Prepare presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
• Responsible for the technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

• General Administrative task & support
• Able to assist in HR documents such as employment letter, contracts, warning letter, memos and maintaining employees records.
• Able to Coordinate appointments for internal and external meetings
• Able to assist in maintaining simple accounts, tracking various expenses & payments, liaising with parties, invoicing, payments etc.
• Able to assist with presentations, prepare agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.
• Others tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Meticulous and possess excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
