Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of the products.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries and requests, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and generate regular reports to track progress and outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams within the organization and coordinate with suppliers to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proactive and results-driven with strong initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in electronics/ ESD products/ PPE/ Medical equipment/ semiconductor industries preferred.
