- Provides leadership, advice, and guidance on Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) integration with instructional design and delivery; the separate application of EPSS technology as a stand-alone instructional system; integration of other innovative learning-related technologies with instructional design and delivery, and the administrative processes associated with managing learning programs; and staff/instructor training in these platforms and processes.
- Develops and delivers Academy learning and professional development products and services as well as assisting the colleagues and Academy Director with daily operations and customer support.
- Serves as the backup and acting Academy Director in the absence of the AI&E Director.
