This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our highly motivated sales team based at our Widnes contact centre. We are looking for a dynamic salesperson who can demonstrate the ability to lead, to communicate with customers, think on their feet and close deals.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales of product and services.
• Ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.
• Planning and managing customer fulfilment.
• Liasing with field sales agents on an appointment-by-appointment basis.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
• Take a proactive and initiative-based approach to support our fields sales team.
• Plan strategic deliveries in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Go the extra mile for customers.
