The Role
- Provide excellent customer service at the checkouts through effective and efficient use of cash register and proper bagging;
- Ensure high standard of housekeeping and maintain good personal hygiene to promote Company image;
- Be accountable for daily cash balances;
- Responsible for closing duties that includes EOD settlement; ensure that Credit Cards & NETS transactions are properly completed
- Prepare docs for voucher / refund forms, reports, float verification and home delivery requests
- Any other adhoc duties as per assigned

- Able to carry/lift heavy goods
- Able to work on a rotating shift, including weekends & public holidays
