- The responsibilities described are for the full performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity.
- Perform analyses and communicates result effectively.
- Work with leadership to make processes more effective and successfully achieve Asylum goals.
- Find efficiencies and opportunities to improve operations, and then take the necessary steps to get management's support to carry out those new initiatives.
- Develop project analyses and compile reports articulating tangible/intangible data and identify significant findings including but not limited to staffing models, volume projections, and forecast modeling.
- Analyze and evaluate, on a quantitative and /or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of programs or operations in meeting established goals, measures, and objectives.
- Manage projects or initiatives that involve interpretation of policy issues, technical and complex processes to ensure a balance of quality, timelines, priorities, and mission requirements.
