Role Overview
Broadridge is growing rapidly in the Asia Pacific region and looking to hire a Director to support this growth. In this role, you will be working with diverse teams across the world to support Broadridge’s Global Growth Solutions, develop innovative new analytics products and establish Broadridge as a thought leader. You will be heavily involved in the analysis, design and delivery of our analytics solutions, in a high-touch, collaborative process with clients and internal stakeholders. You are responsible for elevating Broadridge’s brand and expanding key account relationships in region through high quality content led engagements.
What you'll do
- Provide data analysis support and critical feedback for Broadridge’s global growth analytics suite
- Deliver high value solution projects that leverage our analytics to deliver client focused outcomes - you’ll be responsible for leading the process of analyzing the problem, testing hypotheses and designing the solution with close collaboration from rest of team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients’ senior leadership teams through content led relationship management
- Actively contribute to the development of new products and solution frameworks that translates our analytics into strategic use cases for clients across their sales, distribution, product and marketing functions
- Support the creation of thought leadership and other marketing assets to elevate Broadridge’s brand
Your Profile
We are looking for a passionate and capable individual who shares our belief that data and intelligence sit at the heart of successful asset management businesses. This position is open to all majors, and we’d like you to have 5+ years’ experience in the asset and wealth management industry, ideally with experience in any of the following roles - management consulting, corporate strategy, industry research, investment banking.
The successful candidate will have strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication, client and relationship qualities. You will have strong industry knowledge and familiar with creating thought leaderships. You will be well-versed in developing data-driven solution frameworks and delivering fact-based recommendations to executive clients. Having strong critical thinking skills is essential, and experience with commercials will also be an advantage. We are looking for leadership qualities as we are a fast-growing team and business.
You will work within a close and committed team, however personal accountability and outcome awareness is required. The challenges we face are often complex and demanding; so, we are looking for an active member of the team who puts their hand up, makes things happen, and delivers positive results for our clients.
Key Skills:
- 5-8 years of work in professional services specific to asset and wealth management
- Experience in any of the following: management consulting, corporate strategy, industry research, investment banking
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Confident and articulate in describing concepts and presenting ideas
- Strong client and relationship management skills
- Strong quantitative problem solving, analytical and excel skills
- Expertise in creating and delivering data-driven recommendations to executive clients
- Commercial skills for development as part of client origination
- Fluent in English, fluency with other Asian languages will be considered favorably
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region
