Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new capabilities and unlock colleagues’ potential to service clients better by making their lives easier with automation.
• Prototype, productise, and maintain task-oriented RPA bots (mainly using Python) to support operations. Examples of bots include:
• Application/Web automation (e.g. data scraping, data entry, data refresh, etc.)
• Tabular Data Processing (e.g. MS Excel, structured databases, etc.)
• Systems Integration (e.g. API development/usage, ETL, data transformation, etc.)
• Assist in AI projects to generalise requirements and make our products dynamic and scalable, solving business needs in an effective and efficient way. Projects include:
• Smart Rostering Support (e.g. translate requirements from stakeholders and generalise to apply on various industries/functions/locations, assist in proof-of-concept/UAT/execution, change and implement model, client support and training, etc.)
• Gen-AI/GPT Support (e.g. prompt engineering with quality assurance, RPA integration, etc.)
• Adapt to production standards while following rapid prototyping phase.
• Work with applications and algorithms development team to generalise cases into modules with interface as an internal or external client service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in quantitative discipline (e.g. IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field), or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong in problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL, ideally with refactoring and OOP concept.
• Experience with following is a plus:
• Python data scraping and processing (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Pandas, etc.)
• RPA market tools (e.g. MS Power Automate, etc.).
• Relational, distributed, and NoSQL databases (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL MongoDB, etc.).
• Diverse programming/scripting/server-side languages (e.g. PowerShell, MS Excel Formulas and VBA, JavaScript, etc.).
• Web/API developments, architecture, and security implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services on cloud infrastructure to support smart rostering systems and LSTM-based demand predictions.
• Implement DevOps and MLOps, focusing on continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated management of machine learning model lifecycles.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust features for the BI platform with a specific focus on enhancing the rostering and demand prediction capabilities.
• Work closely with AI engineers and IT teams to integrate various data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in constraint programming, optimization algorithms, and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and provide daily operational support on HRMS systems hosted in AWS, Aliyun or any other cloud provider, the support scope is program update, issue troubleshooting, server maintenance/upgrades/patching, etc

· Support business team respond to client IT questions (join client meetings, complete IT questionnaires).

· Security operation support for internal and external infrastructure and application requirements, such as ISO27001, SOC, etc. Ensure BIPO Singapore IT operations compliance to applicable information security and data protection standards and BIPO IT Policy and Procedures.

· Manage and support the desktop support person in Singapore.

· Manage BIPO Singapore IT assets, IT infrastructure and IT support for BIPO Singapore.

· Perform IT operational activities/tasks and lead IT projects as assigned. Participate in respond to incidents (IT security/IT Infra).

Requirements:

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent field of study

· Minimally 3 years management experience for IT infrastructure team.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with hands-on operational and governance experience in AWS or Aliyun infrastructure, possess AWS certifications, preferably professional certifications (Solution Architect).

· Strong technique knowledge for security operation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manages the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary
disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and
delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation

· Directs the payroll function from start to finish including payroll entry, systems design, and the
establishment and review of payroll policies and controls to ensure accurate, timely, and
efficient payroll operation

· Work closely with the Project and R&D teams to design and improve the HRIS performance for
our clients

· Provide human capital management advisory services to the clients

· Assure the quality of HR project is conformed with each client’s requirements

· Be a professional consultant and lead the team to handle all employment and training visa
applications and extensions processes for our clients

· Liaise with clients to formulate HR strategic and practical plans to address human resource
matters including but not limited too

· Provide guidance and ensure clients’ HR policies and practices are fully complied with
local labor ordinance and other related rules and regulation

· Conduct HR related analysis, develop reports and present insights to clients where it is
necessary

· Act as the key account manager for client communication, quotation preparation and client visits

· Attend meetings as necessary and assisting with HR projects

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource or any relevant field

· Hands-on experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and client management experience

· Manage BIPO Singapore IT assets, IT infrastructure and IT support for BIPO Singapore.

· Manage Docker/Kubernetes deployment, configuration, scaling, and management of containerized applications.

· Design, build and maintain the software development pipeline automation with its related tool sets to enable Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).

· Design and implement the infrastructure and operating environment for container based microservices that meet the agreed high availability, performance, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of company’s data protection framework and program which include policies, procedures and processes.
• Partner with Business, Product, and R&D teams to enhance data privacy features in HRMS and other internal systems , and drive them from original concept through final implementation.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to assist internal stakeholder in risks or gaps mitigation to achieve regulatory compliance.
• Be the main point of contact within the organisation for staff members, external regulators, and relevant public authorities on issues related to data protection.
• Other duties include monitoring changes to the data protection landscape, annual internal review of processes, maintaining quality assurance of documentation to ensure accountability under relevant data protection laws and regulations.
• Fulfil data subject's requests, handle privacy-related queries and manage data breaches.
• Evaluate the existing data protection framework to identify and rectify gaps and risks, and also implement and manage BIPO’s privacy program.
• Keep abreast of data privacy regulatory developments globally, assess the business's future ventures to identify possible privacy risks, develop & constantly improve best practices in data protection policies.
• Manage the execution and implementation of the privacy and data protection compliance programme .
• Support sales and Account Management teams across BIPO on queries in Client RFPs related to Data Privacy matters.
• Draft, negotiate and review customer agreements containing data protection clauses
• Develop privacy training for business functions to raise employee awareness
• Requirements:
• 5+ yrs of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CIPP/CIPM privacy certification is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of HR domain and HR IT systems an added advantage
• Familiarity with applicable data privacy laws, in particular the Singapore PDPA, fundamental understanding of the EU GDPR , China’s PIPL and other APAC data privacy regulations ( India, Vietnam, Indonesia etc)
• Strong written and spoken communication in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
