Position Overview:

As the Lead Product Designer, you will lead the UX/UI design strategy, champion user-centered design, and deliver intuitive digital experiences across all customer-facing platforms. This role requires a skilled leader who is both hands-on and capable of presenting strategic insights to C-suite and business stakeholders. You will shape and drive the design practice within the company, leading a distributed team of designers to create compelling, user-centered solutions for a B2C trading and financial services platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement of UX/UI across all digital products, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies.
• Plan, design, and deliver engaging, intuitive, and accessible product experiences that span the entire customer journey and are optimized for all devices.
• Work closely with front-end and back-end developers, product owners, and product managers to create solutions that address user needs while meeting business objectives.
• Conduct and lead customer research activities, including user testing, A/B testing, client workshops, and interviews, translating insights into actionable design requirements.
• Deepen the understanding of customers across the team, providing insights that shape business decisions and product direction.
• Manage and mentor a geographically distributed team of designers, establishing best practices and fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
• Shape and implement UI/UX best practices within the product design function, supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to launch.
• Design and lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and customer problem-solving meetings to foster a shared vision and refine product requirements.
• Work within multi-disciplinary teams to conceptualize, prototype, and test potential design solutions, iterating based on user feedback and data.
• Ensure all designs meet brand standards and quality guidelines.
• Facilitate effective communication across product management, engineering, and senior leadership to ensure cohesive, well-aligned product launches.

Key Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead and present design concepts confidently to C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in hands-on design work, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2C digital platform designs.
• Experience in B2C platforms such as Banking, Gaming, E-commerce, with Financial Services, Investment, or Trading backgrounds being highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with user testing platforms and methods.
• Strong advocate for human-centered design principles with the ability to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces.
• Comfortable working within Agile or Scrum frameworks, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to achieve shared goals.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to solving complex customer problems through design.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring a design team, fostering skill development, and guiding best practices in design.
• Excellent communication skills to promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and with senior stakeholders.

Job Summary:

You will develop and enhance our data infrastructure and become an expert in all phases of our software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, construction, deployment, and maintenance. You will research, coordinate and resolve production support issues by interacting closely with product owners and the business.

Key Responsibilites:

• Build modules and new functionalities in kdb/q.
• Provide maintenance and system support for kdb+ database.
• Build post-trade, real-time analytics and reports.
• Build tools for monitoring of performance.
• Identify and implement solutions to optimize performance and maintaining fast query execution.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with kdb+/q with at least 2+ years of recent experience.
• Must be familiar with kdb+/q tick architecture and have understanding of kdb+ technology ecosystem.
• Development experience in Trading, knowledge of market data, trade data.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments and scripting languages.
• Experience with agile methodology and tools such as Git, Jira, CI.
• C++ and Python programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure and operation products/tools to optimize product delivery cycles.
• Collaborate with teams to select and implement technology solutions aligned with operational needs.
• Drive automation and orchestration across infrastructure and application lifecycle for DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure operational requirements for availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency are met.
• Maintain and optimize Service Management framework, ensuring compliance across the technology landscape.
• Manage resource allocation to support technology operations effectively.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to diverse technical teams.
• Develop and maintain Technology Governance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Scale global IT infrastructure and services to support 24/5 business operations.
• Establish and manage global support and technology operations centers.
• Oversee Azure DevOps implementation for CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Manage Container Technology, Azure Data Platform, and related technologies.
• Maintain MS SQL databases, virtualization technologies, and trading platforms.
• Administer Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 processes and certification requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, including expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of Container Technology, specifically Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including deployment, management, and optimization of containerized applications.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Platform, including Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions on Azure.
• Product knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading platforms, including configuration, customization, and support.
• Familiarity with Akamai content delivery network (CDN) and related technologies for optimizing web performance and security.
• Experience with Tenable.io or Tenable.sc for vulnerability management and compliance.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 processes and certification requirements, with experience in implementing and maintaining information security management systems (ISMS).
