Our 98,000 employees operate a network of 2,650 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.Based in Wingfield, as a Health and Safety Advisor, you will form part of a dynamic team and be responsible, however not limited to the following duties;Providing professional advice and support, and engaging, influencing and coaching the workforce to promote continual development and improvement in safety culture.Ensuring risk/hazard registers are maintained for all facilitiesFacilitating a consistent approach to risk management ensuring workers are trained and using risk management tools, including Take 5’s and JHA’s.Facilitating the reporting and recording of all incidents, hazards and near misses.Ensuring incident investigations are completed as required, identifying root causes and corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. Conducting regular visits to all areas of responsibility interacting with the management team and workforce to determine suitability of processes, risk management, safety behaviours, field inspections and system audits.
