Job Description
We are seeking an Operation Assistant to join our office based in Singapore. As an Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the Operations Department of our company. You are responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating activities, and outbound duties for our company. You are required to work closely with the Operations Team Lead to provide comprehensive solutions and contribute to the achievement of the teams objectives.
Job Details:
- Assist the operations team in running day to day operations
- Assist in operation and administrative support of our client's foreign workforce
- Provide HR on-boarding support to our clients
- Working closely with our client to provide administrative support to it's foreign workforce administrative matters (eg. work pass renewals, cancellation and etc.)
- Responsible to provide housing management support to our clients (eg. liaising with housing agent to source for suitable housing units, conducting housing inspection, housing inventory matters and other housing related matters)
- Other work and tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Requirement:
- A hardworking and highly self motivated individual with good learning spirit
- Able to do outbound job duties, willing to travel around Singapore
- Meticulous & detail oriented
- Enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin skills (as to effectively communicate with Chinese stakeholders)
