A GS-0132-11, INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

• Serves as a ISR unit crewmember in the multi-INT exploitation section, responsible for multi-INT operations and production affecting time critical targeting (TCT), direct threat warning, battle damage assessment, combat identification, combat search and rescue, multi-INT correlation, threat analysis, mapping, intelligence preparation of the battlespace, situation monitoring, and mission reporting. Provides multi-INT correlation of data from multiple ISR platforms and intelligence products. Requests dynamic sensor retasking in order to exploit time critical information not originally entered into the collection plan. Assesses the data and provides cross-sensor cueing/tips-offs to other platforms and exploitation sections improving multi-INT correlation. Updates Air Force ISR unit components and C4I nodes on findings.
• Conducts analysis activities and operations from data derived from manned, unmanned, and other operational assets in support of National Agencies, Joint Commands, Air Force MAJCOMs, and AOCs contingencies and exercises. Participates in pre-mission conferences to outline mission objectives, potential threats, and possible outcomes. Provides detailed threat analysis for mission planning and pre-mission briefings to the Mission Planning Cell (MPC). Performs targeting duties assigned by the ISR unit crew commander in response to planned and unplanned mission taskings.
• Prepares post-mission reports from analysis of target data for general intelligence and operational community consumption. Prepares and evaluates finished reports relative to target actions, subject to supervisory review. Briefs analysis findings and estimates to superiors and mission planners. Publishes finished reports and documents for use by decision-makers in the squadron, AOC, Air Force MAJCOMs, Joint Commands, and the National Agencies. Researches, analyzes and plans exploitation activities in preparation for operational missions. Utilizes allotted resources for operations and analysis activities. Communicates with other intelligence departments and agencies to share data and techniques, findings, and planning for future operations.
• Geospatial (GI&S) Program Manager for the unit. Creates and updates the unit's classified and unclassified intelligence reference libraries in accordance with supervisor, ANG, MAJCOM, and Air Force instructions. Manages the Intelligence Mobility Program to guarantee all crewmembers and equipment is properly prepared for worldwide tasking and deployments. Provides recommendations to the Unit Mobility Officer with intelligence information concerning the deployment location and advises on special security requirements for deploying sensitive material and equipment. Ensures intelligence Unit Type Codes (UTCs) are properly reported to higher headquarters through the Aerospace Expeditionary Force (AEF) Reporting Tool (ART) and Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS). Creates and conducts pre-deployment spin-up training for deploying crewmembers assigned to AEF and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) deployments. Procures and maintains required intelligence equipment and publications for home station and deployed operations. Writes applicable portions of the Unit Mobility Plan.
• Works with other crewmembers to ensure the multi-INT exploitation section maintains a capability to provide timely and accurate operational intelligence support and fully trained intelligence personnel during peacetime and contingency operations. Coordinates with the Gaining Command on operational intelligence elements needed to carry out coordination and liaison with counterparts and colleagues with other major command intelligence organizations. Incumbent represents the organization at interagency conferences and meetings that deal with specialty functions and internal training requirements at the unit level.
• Represents the unit in making agreements and commitments within the assigned scope of his/her functional specialty. Provides guidance and assistance to unit and Gaining Command Intelligence specialists and serves to coordinate on projects jointly undertaken by the unit, Gaining Command, and other organizations.
• Coordinates multi-INT training requirements with Gaining Command Intelligence Section. Plans and develops objectives and work schedules for training assigned intelligence personnel during Unit Training Assemblies (UTA), Annual Training (AT), and unit deployments. Identifies training requirements and conducts or organizes training courses for intelligence personnel on multi-INT related subjects. Subject Matter Expert (SME), trainer, and task certifier for all multi-INT Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), and Continuation Training (CT).

A WG-6641-10, ORDNANCE EQUIPMENT MECHANIC:

• Manages allocations, stock levels, inventories, requisitions, and disposition of munitions.
• Manage excess serviceable/unserviceable munitions program.
• Coordinate scheduling of complete, custody, special munitions inventories and compiles inventory adjustment packages as required.
• Establish and maintain an effective munitions inspection program for all munitions assets to include receipt, inspection, stockpile surveillance and preservation, marking and packaging, and shipping requirements.
• Manage warehouse munitions stockpiles, maintain storage area infrastructure and facilities, vehicles, and equipment to ensure mission support.
• Process munitions movement transactions.
• Prepare and schedule munitions for shipment.
• Develop, maintain and utilize a Master Storage Plan to the maximum extent possible.
• Ensure all containers placed in storage are properly marked and sealed.
• Maintain munitions storage facility exits, doors, door components, and locks in good working order.
• Independently troubleshoots electrical/mechanical faults of integrated systems by thoroughly analyzing operating trends.
• Perform Pre/Post Flight inspection and flight line return inspections.
• Assigns Weapon Stock Number (WSN) and records builds and teardowns of complete rounds in the accountable property system of record (APSR).
• Applies determined criteria utilizing fusing and arming systems; technical drawings; precision measuring tools and equipment; wiring diagrams; rigid specifications and close tolerances to examine ordnance systems using a variety of standard precision instruments, gauges and methods.
• Performs maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, and high pressure air tanks subsystems and assemblies.
• Configures Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE) for mission support.
• Delivers in a safe configuration, MMHE/munitions between assembly/staging areas and aircraft parking ramps.
• Validates expenditure and movement documentation for munitions reconciliation and expenditure reporting.
• Performs and certifies, armament and support equipment serviceability inspections.
• Maintains and repairs MMHE for all work orders assigned to maintenance actions.
• Performs inspections on armament, support, and associated test equipment using a wide variety of processes and techniques.
• Troubleshoots electrical systems on support equipment for fault isolation IAW electrical wiring schematics, repairs/replaces as required.
• Prepares, maintains, and updates historical serviceability and maintenance records.
• Establishes and maintains bench stock and operational stock program.
• Interprets pilot deficiency reports for missile systems to independently establish repair procedures.
• Repairs, maintains, and tests functionality and interconnections of electromechanical servo systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electric motor systems in missile and decoy platforms.
• Documents PGM serviceability in enterprise wide database Tactical Munitions Reporting System (TMRS) for equipment specialist review and trend data analysis.
• Coordinates with Air Logistics Complex (ALC) Special Program Offices (SPO) with Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) reporting, software/mapping updates and deficiency reporting.
• Systems Section is comprised of Munitions Control, Combat Plans, Mobility & Training and Plans & Scheduling Elements.
• Coordinates with various sections to ensure the effective flow of information, scheduling, and use of available resources.
• Manage Nuclear Certified Equipment Program as applicable.
• Develops, maintains, coordinates, and integrates Emergency Action Checklists with outside agencies.
• Assists with the management of the key and high security lock program.
• Processes munitions transactions, creates, and tracks work-orders in the appropriate automated system.
• Maintains maps showing the entire storage area, primary and alternate explosives routes, and sited explosives locations.
• Administers combat plans and mobility packages.
• Executes and coordinates training schedules, including Combat Munitions Training (CMT) for fulltime staff and traditional guardsman.
• Develops and maintains munitions portion of the Base Support Plan, Expeditionary Site Plan, and Munitions Employment Plan.
• Serves as a point of contact for developing, planning, forecasting, and scheduling for the maintenance of live, inert, and dummy munitions, non-powered munitions support equipment, handling equipment, and facility inspection requirements.

• Complies with all Federal, State, DOD, USAF, and local regulations concerning hazardous materials/waste munitions assets.
• Maintains hazardous waste and material according to applicable directives.

A GS-2210-11, IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT):

• Manages the assigned IT/communications environment with privileged access at the network level for the Wing, Geographically Separated Units, and Tenants. Plans, coordinates, installs, and continuously analyzes system design, hardware and software. Develops, recommends, and installs solutions and upgrades to ensure availability, integrity, efficiency, and reliability of all components of the assigned system. Provides Information Assurance systems support for all disciplines, ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of network services. Performs system audits to assess security parameters and performance of IA controls within the network environment.
• Serves as a focal point for ensuring functionality and operability of the assigned IT/data systems/functions, voice and wireless systems to support mission requirements of Wing, Geographically Separated Units, and Tenants. Optimizes the functionality and performance of hardware and software systems and ensures availability, integrity, efficiency, and reliability of system/functional resources while managing the communications focal point coordination and workload distribution duties. Analyzes, manages, and directs installation of any new hardware or software introduced into the environment to ensure its compatibility with existing architecture, its reliability, and functionality in relation to the organization's business requirements.
• Provides customer technical assistance and support for all users. Provides ongoing technical support to customers to ensure proper functional use of equipment and programs and to preclude undue interruptions to IT and communications services. Provides management with information necessary to address difficult and complex problems in automating work processes. Tracks life of system equipment, prepares and provides analyses to determine future maintenance and replacement costs to help justify budget submissions. Reviews purchase requests and statements of work, ensuring documentation is sufficient to justify enhancements necessary to keep systems current and ensuring requested equipment and applications are compatible with existing infrastructure. Promotes use of assigned systems by providing instructions to functional area users on IT/communications processes and procedures associated with each supported system.
• Identifies and documents system requirements for specific needs of customers. Conducts in-depth analyses of system usage, user complaints, traffic interruptions, hardware and software capabilities, and other relevant factors. Recommends methods and procedures and coordinates corrective action to optimize utilization of present equipment. Ensures upgrades to the base IT and communications infrastructure are identified and assists customers in developing and submitting recommendations for additional equipment and funds.
• Conducts feasibility studies to identify and analyze system failures and analyzes data to determine if trends exist which forecast the need for future replacement or modification of system hardware and software. Participates with operating officials, system users, and others in progress review of established systems to determine the reliability, productivity, and user friendliness of the existing system hardware and software. Provides cost analyses for new/upgrade infrastructure and architecture capabilities. Keeps abreast of changes in technology to assist management in preparing for future enhancements. Forecasts future needs and prepares recommendations, justifications, and specifications for equipment and applications.
• Coordinates frequency needs with command level spectrum management office to maintain current allocations and obtain new authorizations. Secures operating authority, and ensures minimal interference by ANG radio frequency operations. Analyzes RF spectrum requirements and determine compatibility with other users considering transmitter and receiver specifications, antenna data, emission characteristics, and modes of radio wave propagation. Reviews and validates radio frequency allocations. Maintains frequency records and associated databases.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs hardware devices supporting a broad range of information and communications systems. Uses detailed knowledge of concepts, principles, methods, and practices with sophisticated diagnostic equipment and complex diagnostic software to identify and resolve internal system and network conflicts. Coordinates and prepares items for contract or warranty repair or replacement as required. Receives, inspects, installs, and verifies the proper operation of equipment returned. Accomplishes required documentation.
